Resale Certificate

To request a resale certificate for the sale of a unit, please click on the link below. You should not request the certificate until after you have accepted an offer, so all information is available.

Certificates are completed within 48 hours after receipt of all required information. The cost for completion of a resale certificate is $225 and is collected at closing.

Lender's Questionnaire

If your lender is requesting a questionnaire for your loan, please have the lender click on the link below. The form allows the lender to upload their specific form. Please allow up to 48 hours after submission for the completed form to be returned. The charge to complete the questionnaire is $50 and is submitted to your lender for payment at closing, or, for a refinance or home equity loan, it is charged as a fee to your unit in accordance with management’s agreement with the Association.
